At A Question of Life Counselling, you don’t need to have all the answers before you show up. This is a space to explore what feels heavy, even if you can’t explain it perfectly. Sometimes simply being heard is the first step to relief.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and find practical ways to cope, reconnect, and feel more grounded. Mindfulness-informed practices can also be woven in, helping you regulate emotions, reduce stress, and feel more present day-to-day.
