CHILD AND ADOLESCENT COUNSELLING

Growing up has never been more complicated. Kids and teens are juggling school pressure, social media, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, family conflict, friendship drama, and the constant push to “have it all figured out.” It’s a lot — and many don’t have the words (or the confidence) to say how much they’re struggling.

With a background in education, welfare, and counselling, I use a creative, flexible approach that clicks with young people. Sessions are practical, engaging, and age-appropriate — giving them a space to be heard, build resilience, and learn real strategies they can use every day.

Whether it’s managing anxiety, lifting mood, navigating relationships, or handling the weight of modern pressures, counselling helps young people feel understood and more in control of their world.

Every child and teen deserves to feel supported, empowered, and ready to move forward with confidence.
